Tax Vat Services Bd was established in the year of 2017, by Md. Tarekul Islam Khondker,ITP. The firm is managed by Md. Tarekul Islam Khondker is owner and ATM Shamim Reza ACA as advisor.

 

Md. Tarekul Islam Khondker, The founder of the firm was a CA(CC) from S.F Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants and Completed a Masters in Accounting from National University, Bangladesh. He is a full-time member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. He has got a license from the National Board of Revenue under section 174(2) F as an Income Tax Practitioner. Now he is doing higher education at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) & Institute of Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh.

He has exposure in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Preparation of Annual Financial Statements & Tax Returns, and many other works of the Textile, Computer Software Developers, Construction, Transportation, Automobiles, Charitable Trusts, Education Institutes, and Banks. He is serving as a financial consultant to many organizations. He has a good command of Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax law, Value Added Tax Law, and other regulatory commercial laws.

 

ATM Shamim Reza ACA joined the firm as a consultant. He was qualified as a chartered accountant in the year 2015. He has an MBA & BBA in Accounting & Information Systems from Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He has completed CA (CC) from Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co., Chartered Accountants; He has exposure in the fields of Auditing, Taxation, Finance, Preparation of Financial Statements/MIS Reports, Tax Returns, Company Law Matters, and many other works of manufacturers, Traders, banking and financial institutions. He is an expert in Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, Income Tax law, Value Added Tax Law, and other regulatory commercial laws. He has exposure to work with Banking Companies, Insurance Companies, Manufacturing concern, MNCs, and other service industries, etc.
